It's Almost Time for Prom!
Here's a list of everything you could need or want for one of the most memorable nights of your life.
1. Start with a “Yes” Worth Remembering
If you’re asking to go with someone special, make an impact. There's a reason you want to go to prom with this person, now is the time to tell them.
2. Your People Make the Day
Date or no date, go with a group! Surround yourself with people who make you laugh and hype you up. Make plans earlier in the day to get ready with your friends, have a picnic, whatever feels like you. And after prom? Late night food, movie, nothing complicated. Just stay safe. Stay smart.
3. Wear Something That Feels Like You
Trends come and go. Confidence doesn’t. If you feel amazing in it, that’s the look. The best outfit is the one that fits you beautifully and lets you move, sit, dance, and breathe.
Here's some local tux, dress, and flower shops to check out:
4. Roll Up in Style
Skip the Subaru. Grab a party bus, limo, white-walls, or something meaningful with your people. Bass bumpin, cruisin around town, fun already in motion before you even arrive.

5. Get Ready Without Chaos
Treat yourself well by hydrating, eating well, resting, and practicing some good skin care habits but don't try any new skincare right before prom. Hair cuts and color are great to do about two weeks before. Tan and nails can happen earlier in the week.
Book a hair and makeup artist in advance or trial run your look of you're doing it yourself. Oh! And pre-pack a tiny emergency kit: lip gloss, mints, phone charger, Band-Aids. You’ll thank yourself later.
If you need hair and makeup, Kelby Blosser is the GOAT. You can find her on insta @kelbyblosserhairandmakeup Good luck though, she books out fast.
6. Once You're There
No one cares if you have all the best moves on the dance floor. It's your energy and care-free confidence that people dig. If you feel nervous, flip that focus onto how you can make other people feel incredible. Show up kind, fun, and fully yourself. Be sure to eat real food and stay hydrated. No losing the dance-off cause you passed out, m'kay?
